A scientific or medical reference publication that is distributed should not be...edited or significantly influenced by a drug or device manufacturer or any individuals having a financial relationship with the manufacturer.    

I think that knocks the majority of potential reprints off the table from the get-go, and really reduces the possible effect (good or bad) of this more lax guidance.  If that statement holds, I don&#039;t see how this new regulation will have much impact at all.</description>
